"Using these blankets in Qld conditions where overnight temp in our bedrooms is about 19c at the moment. The blankets had a distinct chemical smell when unwrapped so an initial wash is necessary. I was a little disappointed with the small visible patches where fibre is missing (particularly when you hold the blankets up to the light. Having had these blanket a long time ago I feel the quality is not what it was."

"Looks and feels a little like a sheet of thin foam wrapping. Horrible - wish I hadn't been sucked in to purchasing. I understand it gets softer with regular washing but I get the feeling it will totally disintegrate if I wash too often."
