Damaged or Faulty returns

Should any Blankets arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault this must be communicated to sales@velluxblankets.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Our technical officer will then contact you as to the problem and finalise if necessary how to return the Blanket/s. You will be asked to fill in a form we will supply, to accompany and ensure identity of the returned goods and credit refund once goods received. If further communication is necessary you can contact us on 1300 835 589.

Warranty claim

Please email us at velluxblankets.com.au or call 1300 835 589 to submit a warranty claim within 3 months of delivery we will not replace any blanket where we consider the problem is fair wear and tear, misuse or abnormal use, or not reasonably maintained in accordance with the care instructions label.
